Sometimes the most amazing lightning will come out of nowhere. This was a typical summer storm that turned into a beautiful sight. I was doing some pre-shots getting ready and out of nowhere this single bolt came out of the sky like a warning. After this bold the storm opened up. The sky flashing every 10 seconds and the thunder shaking the ground where I was set up. The rain came in so quick that I was thankful I set up my rain gear already. Then, it stopped. As quickly as it had started the clouds cleared the sky and all I saw was stars. It was a beautiful night, and I am thankful I have something that I can share from it.
I have seen many waterfalls in my life so far, and I have to say that I was never impressed. Falling water over rocks just didn't do it for me, but when I went to Bushkill Falls I discovered I was just not seeing proper waterfalls. Everything about Bushkill Falls is beautiful. I spent about an hour just watching and listening to the falls before I realized that I haven't even taken any pictures. The joy that I felt when I came across this picture on my roll was close to the joy that I felt being at the actual falls. It is so calming and serene.
The Flatiron Building in New York City has always been one of my favorite pieces of architecture. Any time I visit New York City I make it a point visit the Flatiron District.
