I love working with water reflections. I guess it is one of those things that most photographers do. I would love to get a piece of equipment that would allow me to capture more of the reflection and cause the water to be more still, but that will happen in time. Until then, I hope you enjoy this picture I took at Vereen Memorial Gardens yesterday.
I love collecting statues and figures, especially from The Nightmare Before Christmas. I have an entire shelf devoted to them. It may not seem like much, but that is much for me. Some of them have some wonderful details that I love capturing and sharing. Sally is the deuteragonist of Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas. She is a humanoid ragdoll created by Dr. Finkelstein.
I love when clouds get a pink tint to them during sunsets. I really love taking pictures during sunset and sunrises. The problem I face is that I don't have places to go to capture them. Well, what I mean are places that give a nice clear view of the sky or skyline. It is one of the many things I miss about living in the North East. I could climb a mountain and get a beautiful view of the sunset from so many places. It is so flat down here in South Carolina that I have difficult finding open skies.
